About the Wardrobe Review? I really enjoyed seeing how to put things together with what I had - and the realization that if I want to build a classic look I need to start with some well built basics. I also loved making the master list!
About the shopping venture? I liked having an objective eye scrutinizing and being honest - that is
hard to find with friends and family sometimes. The choices of stores was great
- I have not really ventured into these particular shops before and it gave me
more perspective as to the variety of clothing options out in the marketplace.
Your new purchases? I am loving my new wardrobe!! I feel very put together, even if I'm only
wearing the jeans with everything right now (I can't wait for things to warm
up!). I feel very vibrant - now my outfits match the way I feel and see myself!
I am still looking for a black cardigan, but no rush on that there...and I will
keep my eyes open for some tops to go under the teal cardi...lot's of time for
that. I have received a lot of compliments and some of the girls at church have
said that "I'm looking more put together lately". It feels so good to
be put together -I wish everyone could do this for themselves.

I asked Kay to help me improve my business wardrobe as I was about to start a new job. I found Kay to be a very fashion knowledgeable advisor. She took my style and preferences into consideration, was able to provide helpful suggestions and ideas for improving my wardrobe, my overall look, and professional appearance. She paid attention to all the details (e.g. colour, pattern, fit, accessories, shoes, etc.), worked with my existing wardrobe to augment or improve upon it, and left me with a selection of outfits that I feel confident and good about wearing. I was very impressed with Kay’s comprehensive approach, the time she spent reviewing my preferences and wardrobe with me, shopping with me for those key missing pieces, the suggestions and feedback she gave, and her willingness to go the extra mile (e.g. she sent me links to online sources when I was not able to find what I was looking for in the stores). She also left me with a record of the outfit combinations we put together that I could reference later. Heather - Returning to Work After Having Kids - Building a Work Wear wardrobe
Kay helped me see my wardrobe in a whole new light; she showed me how to put together outfits that had never occurred to me, so I can make better use of what I have, and also helped me identify the holes that needed to be filled. Then she showed me inexpensive ways to fill those holes!
Shopping with Kay was a blast. She picked out things I wouldn't have noticed, and showed me how and why they worked for me and how they would compliment items already in my closet. I wish I could take Kay with me every time I go shopping.
